GCCI jointly with ICAI (Ahmedabad Branch - WIRC), organized an insightful seminar on Analysis of Clause (H) of Section 43B of Income Tax Act by Advocate Tushar Hemani. Issues of  timely payment obligations for MSME entities and impact of amendment in this clause were discussed. Further, CA (Dr.) Jainik Vakil provided invaluable expertise on MSME-related issues and trader concerns related to the clause. Sr Vice President, Shri Sandeep Engineer highlighted some of the practical issues faced by the Industry.
