Webinar on “IPR – A Tool to Enhance Business Value” a third series of Legal Talks Series for Industries was organized by IPR & Legal committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 8th January,2021.
Shri Jatin Trivedi, Chairman of committee welcomed all members & Shri Aditya Yagnik, Advocate, IPR & Legal Committee member introduced the speaker CA Darshan Patel. In his address, CA Darshan Patel highlighted on importance of IPR valuation, what is business value, Significance of IPR in detail by presentation and example. He explained about why IP valuation required, various value drivers i.e Business Life Cycle, Profitability in term of cash flows, Market Share, Emerging Technology, Barrier to entry, Growth Prospects, Legal Protection, Remaining Life etc. He shared important tips for value creation with members.
The webinar concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Shri Jatin Trivedi, Chairman, IPR & Legal Committee member, GCCI.
