Speaker Shri K. H. Patel, Senior Advocate gave information on a Code on Wages 2019 and Industrial Relations Code 2020. He said the changes in the code would help to resolve industrial disputes easily and at low cost. The code provided information on issues such as basic wages, increasing the number of women workers, categorizing every activity as an industry, reduced the scope of strikes, reduced the existence of labor courts, etc.
