Shri P S Patel who established PSP Projects as Civil Contracting Firm in 2006 with mare 15 employees and about 2 lakhs capital & today PSP Projects Ltd. is considered as one of the top 10 EPC (Construction) companies in India. Company has completed close to 150 projects and currently executing about 50 projects worth Rs. 3000 Cr. Within 14 years of establishment, PSP is a public listed company on NSE & BSE with Turnover of more than Rs. 1500 Cr. Company has more than 1300+ employees managing 14000+ labours strengths spread across the projects in pan India.

Felicitation of Shri P S Patel was done by President of GCCI Shri Natubhai Patel, Vice President Shri K I Patel & Secretary Shri Pathikbhai Patwari along with GCCI Youthwing learning committee. He spoke about his journey and emphasised on the involvement of the promoter in day to day problem solving. He mentioned on the values of honesty and integrity and said they are the pillars for success. Few of the topics he  highlighted were Mentorship, keeping relations and priority to people than profit of the organisation. He also mentioned believe in yourself and have faith in your knowledge & experience while taking bold decisions for expansions. Importance of technology and processes while growing the business to next level.  He spoke on creating value for the stake holders and investors of the company and forecasted about the labor problem in next 5 years.  Lastly, he mentioned and gave credit to  his “karmyog” against luck for his success in one of the questions which was asked about what percentage of success is due to luck vs hardwork.
