On the occasion of World Environment Day on 5th June, 2021, the Business Women Wing Committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a tree planting program at Gujarat University in which the President of the Chamber Shri Natubhai Patel, Senior Vice President Shri Hemantbhai Shah, Chancellor of the University Shri Himanshu Pandya, Sam Vice Chancellor Shri Jagdish Bhavsar, Chairperson of Women Wing Committee Smt. Shilpa Bhatt, Co-Chairperson, Smt. Kusum Kaul Vyas and members of the committee were present. Under this initiative, about 100 saplings like Banyan Tree, Piplo, Garmalo, Saptaparni,Mogra,Champa etc. were planted in a separate area of ​​Gujarat University.
