Members of Youth Wing committee led by the Committee Chairman Shri Hemal Prajapati visited Akshaya Patra Foundation at Iskon, Bhadaj on 23-08-22. The temple authority showed facility right from raw materials to the final products such as Roti, Dal, Chawl, Vegetables and snacks. They also showed how this food is packed and discussed in details how the same is distributed to various schools as mid-day meal. They informed the committee that at present nearly 2 lakhs food packets are delivered to the children and there are such 65 centers all over India catering to nearly 20 lakhs children. The aim to cover as many centers as possible to ensure that no child is deprived of education due to hunger.
