The 5th talks in the Legal Talks Series for Industries on the subject Vital Aspects of Land Laws in Recent Economic Scenario was organized by IPR & Legal committee jointly with Real Estate & Infrastructure committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 16th April,2021.
Shri Natubhai Patel, President, GCCI highlighted in his address on importance of IPR in industries and mentioned that Real Estate needs industrial status. Shri Sanjay Kothari, Chairman of Real Estate & Infrastructure committee addressed on various aspects relating to real estate.
Shri Nisarg Trivedi, Advocate explained various land laws, GIDC Act,1962, Environmental Management, Energy efficient buildings, Registration Process. He also enlightened about RERA mandates, Functions & Powers, Qualifying projects issues, Duties & Functions of Developer and Judicial Mechanism by presentation. He said that new act & amendments are giving more security to investor.
During the course of seminar several questions were raised & responded satisfactory.
The webinar concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Shri Jatin Trivedi, Chairman, IPR & Legal Committee, GCCI.
