A seminar on Companies Bill, Cross Border Transaction and FEMA Provisions was organized by GCCI at A H Hall on 18th February, 2012. Key speakers such as Shri Saurabh Soparkar, Sr. Advocate, Shri Dhinal Shah, an eminent Tax Consultant, and Shri Hiren Shah, a FEMA Provisions Expert were present. Shri Saurabh Soparkar, spoke on Accounts and audit business reorganization related matters of Companies Bill 2011, which was followed by Shri Dhinal Shah, who deeply informed about tax related matters of Cross Border Transactions, and finally Shri Hiren Shah delivered information and guidance in relation to FEMA Provisions.
