GCCI in collaboration with UNDP, DEOC Accessibility Services, GDRC, NCS and CII hosted a workshop on Creating Inclusion in the Workplace for Persons with Disabilities. During the inaugural address Shri Rajesh Gandhi, Sr. Vice President, GCCI emphasized creating an inclusive workplace is not merely a legal obligation but a strategic imperative that can drive innovation and enhance overall business success. He further highlighted the economic benefits of inclusivity, urging businesses to break down barriers that had limited the participation of individuals with disabilities in the workforce.

The distinguished speakers included Ms. Himanshi Goyal, Public Policy Analyst, UNDP; Shri Vinod Agrawal, Past Chairman, CII Gujarat Chapter; Shri Rohan Shah, Chair, Young Indians Ahmedabad Chapter; Dr. Munjal Dave, General Manager, District Industrial Centre and Ms. Nita Panchal, State Coordinator, GDRC.
