IPR & Legal committee of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry has organized webinar on Legal Talks Series for Industries. The subject of the first series was “Legal Tools for Speedy Money Recovery “conducted on 05th December.
Shri Jatin Trivedi, Chairman, IPR & Legal committee highlighted the objective of this webinar series that it is focusing on regular and day-to-day issues faced by the industries. The sessions will resolve the problems faced by the industries and would guide on how the law can be used in one’s favor.
Shri Pavan Godiawala, Advocate, IPR & Legal Committee member gave introduction about speaker Shri Anshuman Mohapatra, Advocate & Managing Director of Vector Legal. In his address, Shri Anshuman explained on Civil Suit, Commercial Suit and Summary suit procedure. He explained the recovery of debt under MSME Act 2006, ADR, Type of Arbitration, Analogous proceedings, Legal proceedings, Contract management and various legal tools for recovery by presentation.
During the course of seminar several questions were raised & responded satisfactory.
