GCCI's Food & Dairy Committee organized an insightful session on "Food Safety Awareness" with the theme “Stay Hygienic & Stay Safe.” President Shri Sandeep Engineer emphasized the importance of food safety during festive seasons, urging both consumers and vendors to take extra precautions. GCCI Sr. Vice President Shri Rajeshbhai Gandhi highlighted the need for vigilance in food safety to prevent diseases.

Key speaker included Dr. H. G. Koshia, Commissioner of FDCA, who highlighted the importance of maintaining food safety standards and urged everyone to be aware of hygiene practices, especially during festivals. Shri C. S. Gohil, Former Designated Officer, FDCA, Gujarat State, provided valuable insights on the safe preparation and handling of food.

GCCI Hon. Secretary Shri Gaurang Bhagat also expressed gratitude to the speakers and attendees for their commitment to promoting food safety.
