The Business Women Wing Committee of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry has prepared a book " उदà¥à¤¯à¤®à¥€ “ - providing information on successful women entrepreneurs, startups and grassroot entrepreneurs in Gujarat. Hon'ble Minister of State for Women & Child Welfare Smt. Vibhavariben Dave unveiled the book on 7th September at GCCI.
The President of the Chamber, Shri Natubhai Patel, congratulated the Business Women Wing Committee for its various activities during the difficult times of the Corona pandemic and said that Gujarat's women entrepreneurs have made a significant contribution to Gujarat's business.
Smt. Shilpaben Bhatt, Chairperson, Business Women Wing Committee spoke regarding the activities of the Women's Wing Committee during the year and the purpose behind making this book.
Mr. Hiranmay Mahanta, CEO of i-Hub, thanked GCCI for supporting to the startups and women entrepreneurs and informed them about the various benefits provided from i-Hub and the government.
Mrs. Hemal Mehta, Director, P.Mate High Tech Company Pvt. Ltd. was present as a guest of honour at the event. She spoke about her experiences and asked women to move forward with confidence.
Hon'ble Minister Mrs. Vibhavariben Dave while congratulating for the book release, said that with the inner strength in women, they succeed in facing every struggle. She informed about various schemes run by the Government for women to empower them. She assured to provide any assistance to women in their need.
The event was attended by office bearers and members of the chamber, former chairpersons of the Business Women Wing, members of the committee, women entrepreneurs and their families.
The program was concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Kusum Kaul Vyas, Co-Chairperson, Women Wing Committee.
