GCCI organized an Interactive Seminar in association with CED on 15 th September, 2018 at 10.30 AM at CED Premises.

ï‚· In his Welcome Address, Mr. Ramnath Prasad, Director CED gave introduction of CED and its contribution to the industrial development of MSME sectors.

ï‚· Mr. Alpesh Gajjar gave a presentation on “Skill Development Programme” of CED where he outlined the various tailor-made programs of CED and its relevance to different sectors. He also spoke about how the industrial sector as a whole and the participants had benefited by the programs run by CED over the years.

ï‚· Mr. Sandeep Patel gave presentation on “Entrepreneurship Development Programme” of CED in this he explained detailed account of the Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme for final year students and Entrepreneurship Development Programme for existing entrepreneurs known as the Second Generation Programme.

ï‚· Mr. Ketan Bhatt gave a presentation on the various basic concepts of IPR like Trade Marks, Patent, Copyright and Designs. He also briefly touched upon the registration process and the time taken to get the registrations and the validity of the same. He spoke extensively on the advantages of going for IPR registrations and the loss in terms of money and time due to infringement can be avoided by timely filing of registrations.
